Do you handle multiple properties or just single units?

We work with property managers who have anywhere from 2 units to large portfolios. We can batch visits across nearby properties, maintain a running list for each address, and build a maintenance rhythm that fits how you operate.

How does invoicing work?

You get an itemized invoice per visit โ€” property address, date, work completed, and cost. If you manage multiple properties under one company, we can consolidate billing to a single invoice on a schedule that works for your accounting cycle. Just let us know what you need.

How fast can you turn around a vacant unit?

Depends on what's on the punch list. For standard make-ready work โ€” patches, paint touch-ups, door and hardware fixes, fixture swaps โ€” we can typically schedule within a few days and complete in one visit. Text us the list and we'll give you a realistic timeline.

Do you work on commercial buildings, not just residential rentals?

Yes. If you manage a commercial building โ€” offices, retail spaces, restaurants, or any other type of facility โ€” the work is the same: repairs, maintenance, hardware, patching, pressure washing, fixture swaps. We've worked in operating businesses and know how to get in, do the job, and get out without disrupting your tenants. Call or text us and we'll tell you straight what we can handle.

Can you work on restaurants or retail storefronts without disrupting business?

Yes. We schedule around your hours. Most restaurant and retail work gets done early morning, late evening, or on days you're closed. We keep the workspace clean, work quietly when customers are present if needed, and don't leave a mess. If a job needs to be done in phases around your schedule, we do it that way.

What areas of South Jersey do you cover?

Burlington County (Mount Laurel, Marlton, Medford, Moorestown, Shamong, Indian Mills) and Camden County (Cherry Hill, Voorhees) are our core areas. If you're just outside those areas, call us โ€” we'll tell you straight whether it's in our range.
